How far in advance should I book?
Book early for summer and holiday dates. Longer bookings receive priority.
What is the minimum booking length?
Minimum stays vary by date and vehicle. The booking calendar shows the current requirement.
Do you offer airport pickup and local delivery?
Airport pickup is standard. Paid local delivery is also available.
What is included in the booking price?
Vehicle amenities may include a Serena & Lily umbrella, chairs, towels, and a beach blanket.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The refundable deposit amount appears in the quote and is released after the booking, subject to any charges.
What are the driver requirements?
Drivers need a valid U.S. driver's license. Drivers under 30 need written approval from East End Reserve.
Where can I drive the vehicle?
The permitted driving area and transport restrictions are set out in your rental agreement.
Are pets, beach gear, sand, or food allowed in the vehicle?
Pets and beach gear are allowed. Return the vehicle tidy and remove excess sand.
Is mileage limited?
Mileage is unlimited.
How does fuel work?
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level, unless prepaid fuel applies.
